Terms of Sale

EFFECTIVE AS OF JULY 2019 These Terms of Sale (“Terms of Sale”) govern all merchandise and artwork (collectively, “Onethread Offerings”) offered by Onethread Design, Inc., D/B/A Sarah Von Dreele (“Onethread,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the website located at https://www.sarahvondreeleeditions.com/ (“Site”). In addition, the Onethread Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated and made a part of these Terms of Sale by this reference. 

PURCHASER REQUIREMENTS Onethread Offerings are sold only to adults, not children, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. By placing an order with Onethread, you hereby represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater) and that you are legally able to enter into any and all purchase agreements with us. 

Please note that certain Onethread Offerings are sold only to industry professionals, such as architects and interior designers (“Trade Partners”). In order to make a purchase as a Trade Partner, you must first complete and submit the trade application located at https://www.sarahvondreele.com/trade-collaborations and provide Onethread with a copy of your resale certificate. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for any violations of any relevant laws in connection with your status as a Trade Partner and in connection with your use (including, without limitation, resale) of the Onethread Offerings. 

PRICES All prices are in US Dollars. Prices may change without notice from time to time. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Onethread shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the item listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. 

PAYMENT, SALES TAX AND CUSTOMS Important: Your order will not be processed until payment is received in full. To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on Onethread Offerings, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to certain customs duties, fees and taxes levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). You may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are fully responsible for payment of all Import Fees and for payment of all additional charges for customs clearance. Onethread is not responsible for informing you of the specific fees that will apply.
