Shipping policy

 

ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERY Standard production time is ten (5) days from the date that your order is processed. Once completed, domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Transit times for UPS Ground range from 1-5 days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is ready to be shipped. 

All international orders are shipped via UPS. 

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the Onethread Offerings you ordered to the carrier responsible for delivery. Onethread is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during transit or delivery, for any 3rd party shipping errors or omissions, nor for any charges or fees incurred due to packages that were lost or damaged in transit.
